Registration Information
Registration has now closed. You can register on-site either at the the University of Strathclyde, Royal College from 8.30 - 15.00 on Monday 24th August or at The Royal Concert Hall from 15.00 on Monday 24th August.
Registration Steps
- Fill in contact information and invoice address details if applicable.
- Choose registration category and provide 10 digit paper number if applicable (up to 3 per registration).
- If attending make your tutorial choice for Monday 24th August 2009.
- Choose social events - Civice Reception and Conference Dinner.
- If required please choose accommodation either hotel accommodation where your credit card number is required to reserve the room or university accommodation where full payment is required at the time of booking.
- Provide us with any additional information regarding access or dietary requirements.
- Provide us with a PO number for invoicing if applicable.
- You will then have the oportunity to make changes to your regsistration.
- After you have paid/confirmed method of payment you will receive an ACCESS key that will allow you to return and make changes to your personal details, social/tutorial and accommodation (subject to availablity).
- An automatic email will be sent with a registration summary attatched confirming your registration and ACCESS key.
Delegate Registration
All attendees, including invited speakers, must register in advance of the Conference. Registered delegates will receive the following:
- Delegate Bag including the programme, copy of the Conference proceedings CD-ROM and other associated materials
- Name Badge permitting access to all sessions from Tuesday 25 to Friday 28 August 2009
- Tea and coffee breaks on the days attended
- Admission to the Civic Reception on Tuesday 25 August 2009
- Option to purchase a ticket for the Conference Dinner on Thursday 27 August 2009
Tutorials
Tutorials will take place in the Royal College of the University of Strathclyde on Monday 24 August 2009. Attendees must register in advance and will receive the following:
- Tutorial Notes
- Name Badge permitting access to Tutorials
- Lunch and refreshments on Monday 24 August 2009
