Paper Submission

Submission Requirements

EUSIPCO 2009 welcomes the submission of high-quality papers in all areas of Signal Processing. Papers must adhere to a maximum paper length of five (5) pages including figures and references, and comply with the standard layout for EUSIPCO-2009 papers. Templates can be found below. The only accepted submission form is WWW-based upload of PDF files with all fonts embedded.

The paper acceptance is based on the quality, relevance and originality of submissions, which will be determined in a blind review process by experts with demonstrated knowledge of particular topics. The review process will be carried online and the results of the reviewing will be posted on the EUSIPCO 2009 website. Authors will also be notified of the review results via e-mail.

Important Notes

Authors are asked to observe the following points:

  1. A full registration by (at least) one of the paper (co)authors is required for each accepted paper. The payment must be received by the deadline of the author registration. Papers that have not been associated with a full registration by one of the paper (co)authors will not be published in the EUSIPCO 2009 proceedings. If you are an author, you may associate with your (full) registration no more than three papers of which you are (co)author.
  2. Best student paper award: best paper awards will be presented to authors with student status. The student author's name must appear first on the paper. A proof of eligibility will be requested in due time for the finalists of the award competition.
  3. By submitting a paper to EUSIPCO-2009, you recognize that you or one of your co-authors will have to attend the Conference and present the paper in case of acceptance of your paper.
  4. All papers must be submitted in PDF, and all fonts used must be embedded in the PDF file. The EDAS system will automatically check this and generate an error message if fonts are not embedded.
